The Venmar CES PreCon3000 features an enthalpy wheel that transfers sensible and latent (moisture) energy. Designed to be coupled directly to a rooftop heat and cool unit, this PreConditioner is the most cost-effective way to increase outdoor ventilation rates without increasing your heating or cooling requirements for the building. With its unique installation to the horizontal return section of a rooftop unit, the PreCon3000 lends itself to an easy installation for new or retrofit applications. With no additional rooftop penetrations, it provides a very cost-effective installation with no liability for damaged roof membranes. This model features up to 4000 cfm (1888 l/s) and comes with a supply and exhaust fan package to provide balanced ventilation for accurate zone control.
