Venmar CES Inc. is proud to announce the release of Venmar Select™ v2.15.9 software.
The update is a cumulative update which includes all previous updates of Venmar CES Select™ back to version 2.0. The new update consists of the following changes for all editions of Venmar Select™.
- Fixed issue when changing zones with an ERV1100w selected, the electrical field text was showing 0 values for voltage and phase.
- Changed note in Engineering Summary printout from " NOTE: Effectiveness values are based on ARI Standard 1060 and ASHRAE Standard 84-91" to " NOTE: Effectiveness values are Certified to AHRI Standard 1060 and based on ASHRAE Standard 84-91".
- Fixed issue when adding two or more new zones repeatedly in the Application and Product selection dialog, the pricing information corresponding to the options selected was not updated even though the nomenclature was duplicated correctly. This mainly affected electric heat pricing (preheat and post-heat) based on voltage selected and cooling capacity based on whether WSHP was selected.
- Added rule for Valves option for ERV1100w and ERV2000w. “X - Not applicable” item is not available with WSHP.
- Fixed issue when changing zones, the synchronization of heating and cooling types and capacities and refrigerant for ERV1100w and ERV2000w were not checked.
- Fixed issue when cancelling the Rep pricing dialog with multiple zones, Venmar Select™ restored the options of the zone when the dialog first appeared and not the original options of the current working zone.
- Changed duct mounted smoke detector part numbers for Canadian and US editions.
- Fixed issue when a HRV600i, HRV700i, or HRV1200i was selected, an error dialog popped up indicating the model’s motor horsepower was not compatible with the selected voltage. This is not an error because these models don’t have an electrical option in the nomenclature and the message pop-ups have been suppressed.
- Removed R22 option from ERV1100w and ERV2000w.
- Removed gas heat from ERV1100w.
- Disallowed the 3 HP supply option on the ERV2000e down blast.
- Added third-party DLL registration on program start up.
